1. Our Services

Master Your Multiple provides local business marketing services, including reputation management, website design and development, brand development, and related digital marketing services, in the Greater Houston area. We also offer MYMultiple, a software product for real estate agents that is currently in development, along with related audit services (see Section 9).

2. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Master Your Multiple, including appointment reminders, service and project updates, and occasional messages about new services or promotions.

• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You'll receive a one-time confirmation message.
• Reply HELP or email jeremy@masteryourmultiple.com for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Text messaging consent is never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy.

3. No Guaranteed Results

Marketing, reputation management, and reviews depend on many factors outside our control, including customer behavior and platform (such as Google) policies. We work hard to get you real results, but we don't guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, review counts, or revenue, except for the refund guarantee described in Section 9.

4. Website Use

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. Content on this site — including text, graphics, and the Master Your Multiple name and logo — belongs to Master Your Multiple and may not be copied or used without permission.

5. Third-Party Services & Links

Our services may involve third-party platforms, such as GoHighLevel, Google Business Profile, and Patriotic Hearts. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

6. No Warranty / Limitation of Liability

This website and our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Master Your Multiple is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. MYMultiple, Memberships, the Setup Session, and the Find-the-Fee Audit

MYMultiple is software that is currently in development. Founding Member and Charter Member purchases and Find-the-Fee Audit purchases are presale purchases of access to a product that has not yet launched. The standard price planned for MYMultiple at launch is $199 per year. Prices for new members may change.

Core dashboard. "Core dashboard" means the features included in the standard annual MYMultiple subscription on the day of launch, plus updates to those features. It does not include add-ons, AI features, any Pro or higher tier, team or brokerage features, or one-on-one services such as the Setup Session. I decide which features are core on launch day and will publish the list.

Founding Membership. Founding Membership is a one-time $49 payment for access to the core dashboard for as long as it is offered, with no renewal fee, and 20% off future add-ons. It is limited to 5 members and is fully refundable until launch.

Charter Membership. Charter Membership is limited to 15 members and opens after the Founding seats are taken. You pay $99 up front, and your first year of core dashboard access begins on the day of launch. After that, you may renew at $99 per year for as long as your membership stays continuous. If it lapses for more than 30 days, the then-current standard price applies. Charter Members get 10% off future add-ons. Charter Membership is fully refundable until launch.

Setup Session. The Setup Session is a paid, one-on-one screen-share where I help you set up your MYMultiple dashboard. It is planned to open after launch at $397, including your first year of the core dashboard. Spots are limited each week. Its full terms will be published before any sessions are sold, and joining the list involves no payment.

Find-the-Fee Guarantee. The Find-the-Fee Audit costs $197 and is for working real estate agents who pay for at least about $100 per month in software subscriptions. If, after you complete an accurate Stack Snapshot and attend your 45-minute call, I do not identify at least $197 per year in savings, you may request a full refund within 14 days of receiving your Action Plan. "Savings" means the yearly cost of subscriptions or fees identified as duplicate, unused, on a higher plan than you need, or replaceable with a lower-cost option, whether or not you choose to act on them. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you receive a refund after completing the audit, you keep your 12 months of free MYMultiple access and your 20% add-on discount. One audit and one guarantee per person.

Audit requirements. I may ask for a screenshot of the plan page for each tool you list, so the audit uses what you actually pay. You may reschedule your call once with at least 24 hours' notice. If you do not attend your call and do not give notice, the session and the guarantee are forfeited. I may decline the guarantee if your Snapshot was materially misstated.

If the audit isn't a fit. If your Stack Snapshot shows less than about $100 per month in software subscriptions, or it is clear before the call that the audit is unlikely to be useful to you, I will tell you and refund you in full. In that case the audit is not completed, so the free year and discount do not apply.

Free year and discounts. Audit clients who complete the audit receive 12 months of core dashboard access starting when the product launches, and 20% off future add-ons. When the Setup Session opens, audit clients may buy it for $197, because their first year is already covered. The add-on discount does not apply to one-on-one services.

Not professional advice. MYMultiple, the estimator, and the audit are organizing and planning tools. They are not tax, legal, or financial advice. Savings identified are estimates, and results depend on your actions.
