Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 15, 2026
Master Your Multiple ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through masteryourmultiple.com and our text messaging program, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
- Information you give us directly: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and anything you share when you request a free reputation check, ask about our services, or opt in to receive text messages from us.
- Payments and scheduling: purchases are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe shares with us your name, email, and what you bought. If you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email, and chosen time. Information you enter in our forms (such as your software and expense list) is delivered to us by email.
- Information collected automatically: standard technical information from visiting our website, such as browser type, device, and pages viewed, used to keep the site running properly and to understand how it is used.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics to count visits and button clicks. Google may set cookies and receive information such as your IP address and device details. We do not send Google your name, your email, or anything you type into the estimator. Learn more in How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. We also save the campaign tags in links you click (for example, which post sent you here) in your browser, so we can tell which of our efforts work.
- Text messaging information: if you opt in to SMS messages, we collect your mobile phone number and a record of your consent and message history.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request (reputation management, website builds, brand builds, and related marketing services)
- Send appointment confirmations, service updates, and, if you've opted in, text messages and emails about our services
- Improve our website and services
- Meet legal and regulatory obligations
3. Text Messaging (SMS) Program
If you opt in to text messaging, you may receive messages such as appointment reminders, updates about your project or reputation management service, and occasional messages about new Master Your Multiple services.
- Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You'll receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed.
- Reply HELP or email jeremy@masteryourmultiple.com for assistance.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. How We Share Your Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This includes all opt-in data and consent for text messaging — that information is never sold, rented, or shared with outside parties for their own marketing use.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate our business — for example, our CRM and text messaging platform (currently GoHighLevel) and our website host — solely to deliver our services, and only under confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Choices
You can opt out of text messages at any time (reply STOP) and unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email. You can also contact us directly to ask what information we have about you or to request it be deleted.
7. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will always reflect the most recent version.
